Located in the North Yonge business node, 90 Sheppard Avenue East underwent capital improvements which coincided with upcoming vacancies that required differentiated marketing. For this asset a new brand, print and digital marketing collateral as well as on-site touring graphics were created to promote the building, its features and its potential for future tenants.
