Scotia Plaza
Presentation Centre
Scotia Plaza is Canada’s second tallest office tower. The building underwent a rebrand in 2016, which coincided with a management change as well as capital improvements, such as a new lobby, concourse and elevators. In addition to this, a large portion of space was coming back onto the market, which required unique marketing efforts. The landlord built a stunning marketing centre on the mechanical floor of the building, which was enhanced with on-site graphics, messaging and collateral.

Standing tall at 68 storeys, the second tallest office tower in Canada underwent a rebrand in 2016 coinciding with a new management change as well as physical changes to the building. As the last of the four major bank towers in Toronto’s financial district to be rebranded, Scotia Plaza’s new look communicates modernity and profession, while also speaking to the uniqueness of the tower and its office community. The Scotia Plaza logo provides a modern look and feel. The upward moving slashes connote positivity, while doubling as the unique shape of the building’s footprint as seen from an aerial view.
