West

Once a government building, 901 King Street West was repositioned and rebranded to attract a new tenant base. West is now home some of the most creative firms in the city such as Quadrangle Architects and Deluxe Studios. Through a new brand simply called “West” and a supporting marketing campaign which consisted of a print and digital brochure, email marketing, a leasing website, digital touring package and signage, West has become a hub for some of Toronto’s most creative companies.
